Ask a friend, family member, or co-worker to walk with you. Get your registration packet today and start collecting funds to support the Care Center. If you collect at least $75 in pledges you will receive a Life-walk T-shirt.

   The plan is simple, register online at www.ashlandcarecenter.org/doner or call the church office at 419-281-5398- by Sunday, September 11. Then ask those around you day-to-day for sponsorships, fill out the form, bring the form and monies to the life-walk at Claremont and Main on the 24th. Then walk. It’s just that easy.
